Yes, I have been fortunate to have a therapist to see roughly bi-weekly for the last 9 years (3 different). My psychiatrist gave me good info. on how this would effect my Bipolar II and vice versa as well and the therapist and the pdoc were aligned. Guess I'M not the only one getting it! : ) And you know, when I'm in one of these states, I don't!
In answer to your 2nd question, my life has been spinning out of control in just about every facet. Maybe this indicates it's all coming to a head. That's the scary, irrational part - that I might get stuck here. I've run the gamut in meds and unfortunately they cannot be applied here as I would like.
