hi, i no how you feel. not being able to sleep and then sleeping in late from triedness. being glued to your laptop alday is deff not going to improve your situation. have you tried the gym or even jus walks. i no it doesnt sound good advice but you need to give exercise time to work. regular walks sum wer green away from streets like in a park can work if you do it regulary. holistic massages like the indian head massage is good if you get that done bout once evry 2 wks. the only problem with that is it can be dear but will help. what ever you decide to do it will take time to work. i hope this helps sorry if it doesn't or if you hsve already heard it b4
