Take a breath it might not be a problem with her. with some email places they have a cut off date for example if you have yahoo and don't check your email at least once in 30 days that email address is shut off. I have lost I don't know how many email addresses because I didnt have acess to a computer on a daily basis to check my email with hotmail before they changed their protocal to 45 days.Also if she has her own computer she may have an email with her internet access so if that one is different for example before I had my own computer I got yahoo. when I got my own computer my internet access is AOL. So I now have email address for both AOL and yahoo. Plus add to that msn because I have friends that have msn and to talk to them I used that messenger (in order to have a messenger for one you have to have the matching email address. Basically I have about 4 different personal email addresses plus the one I use that used to be a friends for my on line groups. sometimes I forget to check one or more of them. some have been shut off by the email site due to inactivity because I forgot to check them everyday. and I have been having major problems with yahoo because for a while I could recieve but not send out - when they did upgrades to their site my compose area was missing the main body writing area. Now on that same one I can send out emais but not recieve, they tell me they should have the problems and bugs worked out soon.
