In your particular case radio flyer, this was very inappropriate, since he's a renter and he could have easily been spotted by anyone. This isn't his property and peeing in a discreet corner is much different than peeing in someone's garden......not to mention the eeeeeeew factor of it splashing. It may seem like I have two opinions - but if this was HIS house I could see how peeing from a high point(if it was secluded) could be somewhat amusing.
