What are you holding in, what is the resentment? You were ok for a while so what started this process of getting worked up and anger and tears?
Ok, your yelling at your girlfriend, your letting your anger out on her, why have you always been angry, has to be a reason. Why did it stop a year ago? What was different, now its back why?
Time to figure this out, it is not productive, it is harming your progress, lets get it out. Put it on the table and see what can be done about it.
