Hello All ~~
I am new here - but not new to PTSD; which I suffer from the loss of my daughter almost 7 years ago. While googling "EMDR" tonight - I seen a post on this forum; so I joined - but - now I can't find the post!

I begin EMDR in July and am wondering if anyone here has been helped by it. I've done alot of research; but haven't found much about success stories.
