Hey, are you breathing? Consciously. ?. Slowwly? Deeeeply?
Watching the rhythm slowly seep in and sooth.....eyes shut, just you and your breath for a while. Easy in ,- hold-, easy out.
Easy in and while you hold, tense your shoulders, then as you easy out, relax your shoulders and jaw. Just be safe with breathing for a while. Each cycle deepens the fullness of your awareness of your breath, how you breath.
In goes the good fresh air, deep in, pushing your belly out. Hold it, feel how full of air you are. The tensness that is embracing the lightness of that air. Then let the air go, let the tenseness go, blow it out of yoour shoulders, belly, legs...... dump all that junk down into the earth to recycle.......
Breath. I'm out here breathing with you. Grounding with the earth. Settling down. Breathing. Calming down. Able to do something for myself: take a bath, eat some good food, listen to music, write in my journal, draw a picture, watch a movie...? Gently. Lovingly. Carefully.
