I have not SI/SH since about a week or two after I found P.C.
(about 3month's).
I showed my T the scar's healing last week and she was a bit shocked, but happy that they were not fresh.
I am trying not to do it any more, I made a promise and I don't want to break a promise.
I'll keep trying to keep my skin well, and not cry the next day looking at what I have done.
