I took Celexa for a little over a year and it didn't help. Ever few months I had to have it increased and during that time twice my doctor added Trazodone (the first time was just for a month because I was having a hard time). I finally got up to 60mg and after a few months it stopped helping (even with the Trazodone). So I went off Celexa and we increased my Trazodone and now I'm on Zoloft and it's working a lot better.
