Dear Friends,

Thank you so much for your support and words of comfort. They mean so much. We can all cry together and heal together. I can always, always count on you.

I couldn't sleep last night, with all the thoughts and hurt swirling in me. When I did sleep, my dreams were full of the hurt and pain.

I can honestly say most people would confront them and explode on them. It solves nothing though. It really doesn't.

Sometimes forgiveness is just walking away and doing no harm in return. That's what I'm going to have to do again... Again!

I wish I had been healthy enough to leave West Virginia behind years ago as I had planned, but to quote Steinbeck, "The best laid plans of mice and men often go awry.
