I am just wondering what everyone feeds their pets?
Boris and Sonya get mainly lettuces with some fruits and veggies (depending on what's in season).
Don't be shocked by this. I have given it thought. I've been doing it for almost 2 years now, but my cats get raw food (meats with a little bit of organ and bone). The reason for this is my 8, soon to be 9 year old cat has vomited up every cat food known to man kind. Out of desperation, I went to a holistic pet food store (after several vets have failed to tell me what was wrong...she was in perfect health). They tried her out on several premium kibbles. After all failed, the lady looked me in the eye and said, "You have two options: continue dealing with the vomiting or switch her to raw food." So, I switched her and have never regretted it since. Right now, I am in the process of transitioning my 10 year old cat (recent rescue) over to raw. Currently, I am working with her, giving her 50/50 canned/raw.
I am starting to bake treats for the cats too. I figured it would be healthier than the processed stuff I get on the shelves.
I am wondering what you guys feed your pets.
