Wishing you all good intentions... may you be rewarded for being there! And, if there are 30 other ppl, I'm sure there's a percentage that won't make their interview... and at least one who is just going to go through the motions (doesn't really want to work)
Study up (I know this is late) on the company... ask a pertinent question... something like... how progressive the company is, and will they continue to... (you know, something about the company.) This will put you above 50% of the others.
Then, project how you "see" yourself with the company in 5 years, 10 years... how you would like to grow with the company... or whatever..
even if the place you are interviewing at isn't a big conglomerate, it's still an important business to them!
