yeah, thats definitely something that could be an anxiety attack or a panic attack. what happens for me is that its hard to breathe and i have a headache and am lightheaded and am shaky then feel like passing out- so its pretty similar. for me, it helps if i just sit down and kind of brace myself so i can try and take some deep breaths and wait for it to pass. for me, its just a build up of stress and it just happens but it could be different for everyone. anyways, you should at least mention it to your doctor, see what they say. good luck
