First I would try to find out where he knows this woman from. Does he work with her? Did he meet her through friends or at a social gathering? I would ask him why he's being so secretive with his telephone calls. Also, find out if she lives close by. I think if you get all your concerns out and discuss these with him, and let him know how you feel, it may turn out okay.
