Yeah. I appreciate the suggestion too, but when I told my T about this particular fascet of the trans. (embarrassing!) she suggested I keep my eyes open -- to "stay present." So that I can focus on who I'm with - and not entertain the other stuff... Suffice to say that seems to work.... Thanks for the input guys! For me the fact that someone would take the time to respond is as important as the response itself!
