The International Suicide Prevention Wiki is a worldwide directory of suicide prevention hotlines, text-lines, and resources. The ISP Wiki is open source and may be used by any individual or organization. This directory was created for the PostSecret App, and may be used freely in other apps to instantly connect people in need to crisis centers near them.
Special thanks to the Founding Sponsors of the ISP Wiki and to the PostSecret Community, who assembled, edited, and continually update this database.

caution to everyone
someone that comes to the crisis center saw this too, printed it off and brought it in. Before we put it in the lobby one of our volunteers decided to check these out and she found a few led to porn hotlines, and other non suicide prevention related places. when we notified the website we were told anybody can log on and make changes and add what ever information they please. the posts like here go through moderation but the moderating people dont verify posts authenticity.
my advice if you plan on using the information be sure to check it out before you are in crisis to ensure you are getting what you need and are looking for.
also when in crisis the best resources is your own treatment providers and your own local community resources like mental health agencies, and what you can find in your own local phone directories. all mental health agencies in the USA now must also carry an after hours emergency number where they have staff taking turns answering calls after hours too. so check with your treatment providers they can give you the emergency crisis phone numbers for your location.
