I'm so sorry you have to deal with this. Really, it seems awful. You have an option of changing your username - just send an email to a mod. You can always PM your true friends and let them know which new username you have chosen.

Regarding the "anger" posts... I am really glad that a place like this exists to vent frustrations. I'm kind of on the fence, though (watch it with that bat, Yokus -- tempting as it may be near someone teetering! hee hee) about actually having an Anger forum. I can sort of see it spiraling downward. I know that it's really easy to feed off hostility. I don't know if that would actually happen, but...

I don't know... I have felt a lot of anger this year -- heck, in the past 6 years over things that I can't control. I feel like I try my best, be good person and a good friend... but sometimes people take advantage or just aren't good people themselves. And what I've been trying really hard to do this past year is to take the higher road. It is almost impossible to maintain your dignity while expressing anger. Totally better to find your center and let the other person make an @ss out of themselves.

Deep breaths... focus on building up your karma point collection (and I'll need you to remind me of this the next time I feel like borrowing Yokus' bat when my boyfriend leaves a sinkful of dirty dishes when I come home late at night from a business trip!).
