Going back to the example I used about my thing with infantilism...I really think that it's more individual than that. With me, it's about security and child-like comfort. It's not sexual. I feel satisfied, but not sexually, does this make sense? Others may and will have different reasons, but I do think it depends on the person. Fetishes don't have to be sexually motivated, even if that is the definition of "fetish".
