No the only thing I have found that increase my symptoms - is triggers. the more a trigger is there or for example when I am under alot of stress Im not always paying attention to how I am feeling so I end up not seeing the triggers unitl too late to prevent myself from floating off to la la land. I dont float off any more during my periods then I do without it. If having a period was a memory piece problems would have been there from the first period not just in recent years. DID symptoms are not like a cold coming on suddenly. the symptoms are there from the very first abuse memory that separated that memory during early childhood. Most peoples periods begin between 10 and 16 so thats when switching because of having a period would have been noticed. So this is probably related to your PMDD not the DID. my suggestion is talk with your treating professional for the PMDD maybe medication needs adjusting or new meds tried. Sometimes when a person builds up a tollerance for the meds the person notices symptoms suddenly starting up or new symptoms coming on.
