I'm sorry the different sizes of your breasts are bothering you. My guess is that other people don't notice. It may be that with your next growth spurt they will balance out better. I know that my breasts kept growing after I stopped growing taller, so you may have a while before they finish. There were times when one was bigger than the other and then the other was bigger, now they are more similar to each other than different. Try to not be critical of yourself.
