As a transcriptionist for the last 16 years, I can't believe that a PROFESSIONAL MT would even transcribe that. You're never supposed to enter other people's personal business in a patient's chart, and certainly not supposed to use names. I used to transcribe for a GYN doc who used to start going on about the patient's neighbors and their boyfriends and the STDs they had. We were instructed to just let the tape roll and leave out any info that didn't pertain directly to the patient.
