Hi Openmind. Of course it's perfectly possible for a therapist and client to fall in love, I think it happens a lot. But there are so many obstacles in the way of turning it into a healthy and functioning love relationship in the real world that it doesn't happen very often.

Now and then it does, and I believe that it can work. If love can transcend racial and cultural barriers, it can certainly transend a job description.

You're both adults, you're both intelligent, and you're both free moral agents. And you've abandoned the 'therapy'. All the best.
