When you have been staying up until 3 or 4 in the morning for several months it's hard to go to sleep before 12. I am use to getting up at 5 for work and when I got up at 10:30 this morning I had a really bad headache. I took an asprin and my headache went away. I have talked to people who take melatonin to get back to a normal sleep schedule. I take medication to help me sleep which was prescribed by my GP. I would go to the doctor if you feel that you are having serious trouble sleeping. I know saying going to the doctor seems to be the answer for a lot of issues, but he or she can help you get a healthy nights sleep.

Best of Luck,

Thanks for your advice,

I was on normal time at college then my schedule became messed up with the summer. Additionally, I'm using melatonin but it is doing little good.
