I don't know. I don't take zyprexa to sleep.
Have you tried melatonin and exercise? Melatonin is a natural chemical the body makes to indicate that you're getting tired and exercise will naturally wear you out. (Exercise might not if you're manic, I suppose) I have started to walk 1-2 hours a day, lately, and it's done well to get me to sleep.
Maybe talk to your doctor about natural, holistic ways to get yourself to sleep.
