I've gone ahead and made contact from a man in the NSPCC (National Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children.

He is concerned with the kids in this situation. I was able to get a last name and forward it to him.
Now i'm panicky and freaked out, as I've never done this before and I'm scared, of what they will do when they find out..
