Maybe you could write about the place where you are for study abroad!! What is different between where you come from and where you are now? Who are the people you have met there? What is your favorite thing you did and what is one thing you want to do before you go? Stuff like that. I find it hard to pour my heart out too. Usually that stuff comes out naturally once I get going on a different topic. Good luck!

Now I'm about a month away from seeing her again and I kind of want to be able to give it back to her and show her that I've used it and for us to be able to talk about thinks that I've been thinking about. But the two problems are:

1. I'm afraid that if I write in it it will mess it up. And if I'm super focused on writing the perfect thing that T will like then I'm not really focusing much on introspection.

2. I have no clue where to start. T gave me a list of prompts a few years ago, but I think they got lost in the shuffle of moving. Has T given you any general prompts that you have found helpful? I've had trouble digging deep into my issues in therapy in the past, so I was thinking that journaling may be a good way to get on track, if I can ever figure out what I'm supposed to journal about!
