Hi all,
i started seeing a psychologist for depression and self-harm a couple of weeks ago, and i've actually found myself feeling worse since i started going! the thing i do like my T and trust her, but the progress seems so slow i don't know if i'll ever get better and taht makes me feel really frustrated and angry at myself. I'm thinking at maybe going into therapy has made me realize how serious my probs have been ( and still are) and that they might take a while to sort. Did anyone else actually feel worse at the beginning of therapy? I really hope i start feeling better soon!!!
