It was really nice chatting with you. Sorry about your living circumstances, etc. Do you have any friends who also want to get out on their own? If you can find some roommates you could get along with, you could share expenses and maybe be able to afford rent that way.

You shouldn't have to put up with what you are now, and I'm sure you will find a better solution. You sound like an intelligent, clear-headed person who knows what she wants and is willing to work for it. You'll get there.
