It's been a heck of a week & weekend. No sleep as of Wed.
But this has been going on since I tapered at the start of May.
Doc gave me ambien. I really want to try and sleep normally. But my nights are turning into nightmares.
I see the new pdoc Thursday.. I don't know what to do. I am hoping I can hang until then,,,
