I got out of bed early today for a doc appt. Lots of snow and i can't shovel but i was able to take my segway there by going slowly. i made it there but unfortunately the doctor didn't. they rescheduled me for tomorrow. my knees are really aching now, but overall i think i'm glad i got out in the air for a half hour (my therapist is very close)

i'm hoping that someone can shovel my driveway today because i want to be able to get there easier tomorrow.

i had some personal turmoil late last night again with the friends with the promises and the no-shows. its getting ahrd to take it all in stride.
