Wow, its been 10-12 weeks since i sh/si'd. I quite proud of my self.
I saw my T today and she was wanting to see my arms but i went in to the appointment, in a t-shirt.
As we had our meeting i could see her eyes drifting over my scars and kinda looking at the red/healing scars too.
I think she just wanted to see nothing fresh. She says shes never seen me this well before, i'm still in crisis with my home hunt and the amount of meds i take; but she says shes never seen a glint in my eye. I have told her about p.c and that i have not si/sh'd since a week after finding the site.
This Makes Her Very Happy.
So i'm happy with my progress, and i'll try to keep the light burning inside.
Thanks PC. If there was 1 thing i thought PC could never do (when i joined), was that to help me get through my SI/SH moments, but you have got me through those moments.
