Sometimes what helps is just reading some of the other stories. That is what I did.
I didn't talk about my own issues for a while. I just posted to threads and somehow it came out a little at a time.
It is ok if you don't feel ready, there are many understanding people here that know exactly how hard that is, so there is no one pushing you here, not like a therapist that wants to hear your story.
The first part of healing is letting yourself talk a little at a time. Then, at least here, you will begin to read other posts that say, me too. And as you cry others will say, I cry too. And as you gain a little strength, others will say, I feel a little stronger too.
It is a process, it takes time, so many here know that and they will listen if you decide to talk.
