Oh I have been there I had a pdoc who I could come in say ok this is what has happened and now I think I need this or that and he would be like sounds good or let's try this first. I know if he would of stayed I be in a better place right now. Just take a deep breath, still don't know how that works and try to think of the postive outcomes. He may be better then the one who quit. Wish you well and let us know how it goes.
