Sittingatwatersedge is right if it is one thing I have learned is knowlege is power and with that power I have now become a new and improved me. I just started T sessions was scared cause I was still dealing with maybe I'm not maybe I am. I try to look at it as a team effort cuase T may know other ways of dealing with issues but I know what will work best from T's suggestions. Be honest every step of the way.
