I feel comfortable with my T when we walk together or the time I fingerpainted. We haven't played a game but that's the same idea. It gets us to realize that our Ts are just people, like us, except they have experience so they can help us too! Also, you get involved in the activity and forget it's hard to talk, right? That's always how it was for me. |
that is what it is like.i seemed to say simple things but the big thing was i didnt feel that panic i did the last time i sat on the floor that made me not want to do it again.i use to love sitting on the floor untill i had memories of sitting on the floor in my room the day my T turned into bad T for the session.this time was differnt.i did need to look at the door a few times but mostly i listened to Tand played the game and talked a little
