These kinds of dreams just ebb and flow for me so when I get them it's pretty random. When I was taking mirtazipine, however, I would get these dreams very frequently. If you changed medications recently I would think that would be the biggest influence, but otherwise I can't say why you would all of a sudden get these dreams
