I will have to talk to my doctor about the meds, but i'm not sure if he will agree.

To be honest i know by depression is back cos i'm so so tired and it's morning now. I feel so defeated. The people who are supposed to care and look after me aren't. When i get depressed i can't do ANYTHING for myself cos i have no energy. It's so horrible! waaaaaaa
