i have known friends who harbor psychoses. some have been dealt them via organic or chemically induced means. a few others have been disturbed through the natural course of being. invariably, a common notion expressed from them is that of a government agency predicated on doing harm.

myself, i have "only" been through depressive disorder not involving any psychosis, but i would like to learn more; specifically, why is threat of government intelligence such a common theme in psychosis?
