That's why it's important; to learn how to talk about anything and everything that pertains to you; if you don't know "how" you don't have all the words you need for your life, don't understand all the emotions you feel but can't differentiate (because you don't quite have the words yet). It's your life, your emotions, your experience; you should be comfortable with all of it and not have any part of "you" that trips you up.
