Showers are highly over-rated. I have found that a squirt of hand sanitizer put on the "important parts" and wiped off with a washcloth works just as well, actually better, when it comes to odor.
Today I scooped the yard and took a walk with the dogs. Go me!
Depakote is helping but the side effects are kicking my butt. I wasn't functioning before b/c of BP2, now not functioning b/c Depakote makes me feel like I have the flu. Pharmacist said give it a month and then change. I'm determined to kick it's butt back.
