JD said to make sure someone on the "outside" knows what you're doing and where you're at, etc. Keep in touch, sweety. I'm so proud of you and you know I will go with you and help you be safe ANY time. I know all too well the "ostrich" syndrome of burying your head in the sand...if I don't talk about it, it isn't real. It doesn't work sweet pea. You're doing great....little steps at a time.
