So I woke up one day a couple weeks ago and didn't feel like having a cigarette. As of now it has been 14 days without one. It was so random, however, I had been thinking about it for a while. Decided not to go to the doc and just do it.
I was on vacay with my fam and bf last week and felt that being in a relaxed environment would be the best time. If I tried cold turkey at work I think I'd go crazy. However, this way, I had a week to kind of detox myself and get over the first really bad cravings, and then go back to work.
I feel pretty damn good!
