No worries, you can belong here! There are plenty of people with BPII here. Those who have BP do share a lot in common, since BPI and BPII are just labels. There are degrees of severity in both.

Because of this, you will find some people's experience of it to be similar to yours, and some not so much. But we are all on a rollercoaster - just of varying levels of high and low and frequencies thereof.
