I'm so sorry for your husband's stupidity! It's so hard when someone that's supposed to love and care about you say such hurtful things.

I've been told I will be left alone, if I ever become over weight--- thus battle with being under weight.--- I know-- it's not bright of me to let someone have a hold over me like that--- it's just..... well, like you-- we have a long history and children... and family and..... well, I think you understand.

I feel for you

Thyroid diesase can cause us to be more sensitive to temperature changes..... so that might be partly it for you. I agree also with those that mentioned "anxiety"-- I think anxiety and depression can cause our bodies to be more sensitive to hot/cold.
