You are on your way....It's incredibly difficult to allow yourself to open up about what's been hidden for so long and to feel the strong feelings that are elicited. We know it's the way towards healing. It's a painful journey, but worth it. I am still in the process of working through my traumas in therapy, and I have an incredibly difficult time addressing it - even though I've been with my wonderful therapist for over 2 years.
