Hi batsandbutterflies,

I completely understand this thread!! I feel the same way. The difference now is that not only do I feel guilty when I do something screwy, but my kids really think I'm careless. It is helpful now that I'm medicated better, but I still make silly mistakes. I'm trying to learn to laugh at myself and trying to find the humor in situations, but sometimes I struggle with that still. We're all a "work in progress" even though that progress seems slow to us sometimes. Give yourself a break (slip of the tongue) and remember that you're a great person who has lots of wonderful qualities.

Take care of yourself!
