I've been off the meds for a week now...I feel better than I did before. I have to admit that things were spiraling out of control when I was first put on them but, then things got way out of hand and I don't think that my Pdoc or T realized how much harder it was on the drugs! I am still going to continue with the Pdoc...my decision! I am actively trying to make things better, I'm just afraid that if anything comes up (stress or some situation), and I can't deal...I told him I'm willing to try again - with hesitation of course.

He is probably trying to include you in your treatment. This is good and empowering. Empowerment is very good for mental health. It is vital actually.
I see what you're saying...I hope that I'll be able to figure this one out.
