In my opinion, it is because it is a valid concern. But, fear is never valid. Look at it logically....they have the means to listen to calls, monitor internet usage, check book records, videotape you everywhere, see what you eat if you use credit or a vip card, etc.

Do yourself a favor and step off the grid. It helps.
