I just bought this book the other day and started reading it. I'm only on chapter one but so far think it's a good book about BPD. I've been suffereing from it for years along with other personality disorders and thought if I could do some more reading it would help me better to understand what I'm dealing with.

Have any of you read I hate you-Don't leave me? Just contribute anything, if you liked it, if you didn't?? Anything.
