Hi Mike,
I am new to PsychCentral too. I am 40 and I've had Bipolar 1 my whole life but wasn't diagnosed until age 36. I have learned a lot through therapy and reading about this disease which has helped me to use skills to keep me better balanced. Also the right cocktail of medication has made all the difference. Any way welcome and hopefully we can be of some support to one another. I hope you are well and I wish you all the best.
